In the past Claire has dealt with behavioural problems for Hearing Dogs for Deaf People, before starting up her own successful behavioural consultancy service in Surrey. Claire is also a full member of the Association of Pet Behaviour Counsellors and a much respected qualified Puppy School tutor.
