When buying our DVDs you will be taken to your PayPal shopping basket where you can check your order. You then press the Secure Checkout button and you will be taken to the Checkout page, where you have the option to create a PayPal account or pay directly by PayPal.
If you simply want to pay by credit card, just click on the “Sign up for a free PayPal account now” button. You will NOT have to set up a PayPal account if you don’t want to! You WILL have the option to pay by credit card on the following screens. Unfortunately PayPal do not make this very obvious.
If you would prefer to pay by cheque, simply make payable to Houndstar Films LLP and send to 33 Woodcrest Rd, Purley, Surrey, CR8 4JD, England. And we will send your DVD by return of post. Unfortunately we can only deliver to UK addresses.
All credit card numbers and other confidential information are automatically encrypted by PayPal using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) and the PayPal sercure server is used.
Postage and packing is included in the price.
Where possible DVD orders will be sent by return post.
We are happy to refund any item that is faulty. We must insist that returns are carefully packed, and returned within 14 days of receipt. We reserve the right to refuse to accept any returns that do not conform to these conditions.
Please remember that you are responsible for any returned goods until they reach us. We recommend that you obtain a proof of posting certificate from your Post Office at the time of posting, in case the parcel fails to reach us. This certificate is free. Houndstar Flims does not pay for the cost of return postage.
Houndstar will not pass on any customer information to other businesses.
